About rentals
Q. I'm not in Tokyo, but can you ship it to me?
A. We can ship nationwide. However, some microphones can only be handed over in person, so please inquire about the model number and product name.

Q. What is the rental period for mail-order rentals?
A. We allocate one day before and one day after the usage date as a travel day, so we will deliver the item on the full day of your desired usage date. Even if you choose to pick it up at the store, we can hand it over the day before.

Q. Is it possible to rent it for personal use?
A. Yes, it is possible. For use at home or other locations, the available microphones for rental vary depending on the model, so please inquire. All microphones can also be delivered to studios nationwide where you plan to record.


About trying out the instrument
Q. Is the trial fee the same no matter how many instruments I try?
A. You can try out all microphones during your reserved time slot. (Some microphones may be on rental; please check when making your reservation.)

Q. Can I record my trial playing?
A. Yes, it's possible. For a short sample phrase or simple recording, we can create a file and provide it to you on the spot for the same price. You can also bring in a 2-mix audio file, but if the work becomes more complex, such as recording an entire song, we may need to discuss additional labor costs, so please contact us for details.

Q. Is it possible to purchase the microphone I tried out?
A. We will prepare a quotation for you, so please contact us.
